Operator
TokenMeter is sold and operated by People Not Tech Ltd. Support requests can be sent to contact@peoplenottech.com.
Licence
A purchase grants one user a personal, non-transferable licence to use TokenMeter. Redistribution, resale, or publishing the source package is not permitted.
Estimates
Token counts and remaining-context figures are estimates based on visible page text. TokenMeter cannot see hidden system prompts, tool payloads, provider-side truncation, or exact proprietary tokenization. Do not use it for billing, compliance, or safety-critical decisions.
Compatibility
Supported AI websites can change their interfaces without notice. Updates may be required to restore compatibility. The purchase includes future 1.x updates when released.
Refunds and support
You may request a no-quibble refund within 14 calendar days of purchase by emailing contact@peoplenottech.com from the address used for the purchase. This promise is additional to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Mandatory consumer protections and any rights you cannot legally waive remain unaffected.
